At Walking Protest, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for both domestic and international orders. Please review our shipping policy for a smooth shopping experience:
Shipping Destinations:
1. We offer shipping services both domestically and internationally through Australia Post.
Standard Domestic ( within Australia ) is $12.00aud
Express Domestic ( within Australia ) is $15.00aud
Standard International ( outside Australia ) is $30.00aud
Express International ( outside Australia) is $40.00aud
Please note, customs & duties are not calculated in our shipping & are subject to the country of delivery. Walking Protest is not responsible for these external costs and can't give an estimation of what they will be. Customs, duties & taxes are to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local courier with any concerns.
Shipping Timeframes:
1. Express shipping usually takes 2-3 business days domestically & 5-10 business days internationally.
2. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days domestically & 10-16 business days internationally.
3. We cannot guarantee delivery within a specific window due to various factors in the shipping process, tracking will give you the most updated intel towards your parcels journey.
Order Processing Time:
1. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving.
2. If for some reason your order can't be fulfilled, you will always be notified via email.
Lost or Stolen Orders:
1. Unfortunately, orders may occasionally go missing or be stolen during transit.
2. Walking Protest is not liable for lost or stolen orders, and we do not provide compensation in such cases.
3. In such cases, contacting Australia Post for compensation is the best solution.
Signature Upon Delivery:
1. To reduce the risk of lost or stolen orders, we recommend opting for a signature upon delivery.
2. This extra precaution adds an additional layer of security to ensure your order reaches you safely.
